Hall Rental – General Information

The Lions Hall is available for rent for weddings, anniversaries, meetings,
birthday parties, retirement parties, or other get togethers.

We rent our hall and outdoor pavilion, with tables and chairs as needed. We have options to include the use of our fully equipped kitchen, and can provide bar service. The Hall is fully accessible and there is plenty of onsite parking.

Our facilities are commonly rented for meetings, weddings, wedding showers, birthday celebrations, various family gatherings, dances, celebration of life, and occasionally overnight for supervised sleep-overs for young folk.

Hall

The Hall has a capacity of 300 people (standing) or 200 seated at 44 tables.
It is equipped with wi-fi, large screen monitor, and an accessible washroom.


Kitchen

Our Hall has a full commercial kitchen, Including 3 ovens, 1 stovetop, 2 grills, fryer, central island, place settings for 200, dish sanitizer, 2 refrigerators, pots and pans.


Bar

Our Bar serves beer, wine, bar shots, coolers, soda pop, water, and a small canteen (chips, chocolate bars). Only available with a hall rental.


Pavilion

Covered, approximately 60 feet x 30 feet, with electricity.


Parking

Available, with overflow.

For date and time availability please click the button just below.
Dates and times will be confirmed at contract completion.

Leave the hall in the same condition as you found it
Put recycling in the recycling bins in the back room
Collect garbage and put in the garbage pail with a green bag in the back room
Put away the tables and chairs
Dry mop the floor, if needed

Smoking is permitted only in the designated outdoor area.
No alcohol may be brought onsite.
Dogs are not permitted on the grounds (other than service dogs).
We don’t rent to ‘Jack and Jill’ or ‘Stag and Doe’ events.

There is a non-refundable deposit of $100 required to secure the date
Rental amount is due prior to the date of the rental. This is refundable within 30 days of the rental request
The contract, once received, will be required to be signed and returned
